Through Community Animation approach, we facilitate community dialogues to challenge practices, promote individual innovations, reflections and critical thinking towards inspiring citizens to take collective decisive actions. These dialogues are results of animation trainings and innovative mentoring to individuals who are normally selected by respective community members. ADLG has proved that “community dialogue” enhances a community to take decisive actions and helps to build social capital. Where community radio exists, ADLG seek to shift the village dialogues which normally are conducted in an open space to radio dialogues for wider outreach.
